[Feature Request]: Visual hint for synced lyrics

• I use the latest version of Pear Desktop (Application).
• I have searched the issue tracker for a feature request that matches the one I want to file, without success.

Problem Description

In songs with long silence, you dont now when to start sing along.

Proposed Solution

Maybe a counter, but i want to keep it simple
