[Bug]: Rich Presence doesn't work no matter what I do

Reproduction steps

1. Install Pear Desktop via Flatpak (given the recent news about the AUR, this seemed to be the safest way to install it)
2. Enable the “Rich Presence” option in Pear Desktop

Expected Behavior

I'd like Rich Presence to work on Discord. At first, I was using Vencord, but I thought that if I uninstalled it and installed Discord via Flatpak as well, it would work normally. I did that, but it didn't help.

Actual Behavior

Nothing shows up at all; it says “disconnected” in one of the Rich Presence tabs, and even though it's enabled, it doesn't work. I clicked on every possible option, but nothing changed. One thing I found interesting is that it says “play on {{applicationName}}” I don't think it should look like that, maybe it's because of the way I installed it?
