OCR never worked in any previous version

The OCR feature for any language hasn't worked in the last three versions. I expected it to be fixed, and I can see it was one of the issues several months ago.

It always says "PDF not found," so something isn't working in the attaching or reading the source file step.

I hope this can be fixed, as it is the number 1 feature I am looking for.
