Tools deployable in single-HTML file launchable in browser locally without Next.js or any other serving scripts

Hi!

If PDF processing is done in wasm, is it possible to have the tools deployable as a single .html file with all wasm/scripts embedded in the HTML file? (to be launchable locally without docker/next.js)
