feat: Add "Rename" option to document list view

Currently, users can rename folders directly from the document list view using the "Rename" option in the 3-dot dropdown menu. However, to rename a Document, users must click into the document to access the view page and edit the name via the contentEditable inline title. This creates an inconsistent user experience and an unnecessary extra step just to rename a document.
