We are building TDCA, an executable governance layer for the AI era. Agent-Reach has become a go-to access layer for agents (76.8K stars) — and access is exactly where governance meets the wire. Our MCP bridge work is complementary to yours, not competitive: you connect agents to systems; we make every connected action accountable.

We would like to offer a non-invasive contribution-governance layer — no changes to your code, a protocol layer mounted externally:

• AI-contribution audit & de-noise: machine-readable attestation (NCA) for every contribution, so maintainers can filter AI noise and trace responsibility.
• Reciprocity: 15% simulated royalty booked via NCA (converted to real settlement from the ledger once a fiat channel is available) back to you or your community foundation, per open-source rules where no explicit fee exists.
• Empower, don't modify: your source stays untouched; you keep full configuration rights.
