[IMPROVEMENT] Align TEST-0241 with its Android counterpart (MASTG-TEST-0325)

Overview

MASTG-TEST-0241 points to "MASTG-TECH-0152: Bypassing Jailbreak Detection", mixing both identification and bypasses in a single test. It is also missing a demo, unlike MASTG-TEST-0325.

Proposal

• Align TEST-0241 with what's proposed in #3981 by limiting the test to just runtime jailbreak detection verification.
• Create a demo.
