Editing a comment does not update its time stamp

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a comment.
2. Notice its time stamp.
3. Wait some time (at least 1 minute).
4. Edit the comment (https://docs.overleaf.com/collaborating/commenting#using-comments) and save.
5. The time stamp does not change.

Expected Behaviour

Ideally, the full history should be kept, and the comment header should show the "edited" status (as GitHub does). But even just updating the time stamp to that of the last edit would be better than keeping the original times tamp.

Observed Behaviour

The timespamp does not change.

Context

Reviewing can sometimes take several days, and collaborators might interleave their work, leaving some comments for later. If in the meantime a reviewer revises their comment, maybe substantially, this will remain completely unnoticed.
