Naming collision leads to wrong compiled file.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a main.tex and a folder/main.tex
2. Select in the menu to compile folder/main.tex
3. (Re)compile

Expected Behaviour

It should compile folder/main.tex

Observed Behaviour

It still compiles main.tex

Context

I can rename the file in the folder and it will work -> no high impact, but still an inconvenience.
