disconnects wifi on windows 11

Describe the bug

Hi, On windows 11 i am using latest version of outline 1.19.0(490240) when i connect to vpn it's ok but when i disconnect the outline by clicking the disconnect button after a few seconds my wifi and internet is completely disconnected and i should find my wifi in the list and connect again. I uninstalled everything like my other apps like openvpn and outline restrated installed again the app but it does not work.i think it's outline bug.i changed many settings in the windows device manager but nothing works

Steps to reproduce

1.open the app 2.connect the outline 3.disconnect the outline now windows wifi disconnects completely

What did you expect to happen?

wifi should stay connected
