Problem Summary

The Ctrl+Shift+L shortcut for 'New Console' is not responding. I've verified via HotKey Detective that the system hasn't assigned this hotkey to any other function.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Select a data source or database using the mouse; 2.Open the console via the shortcut key; 3.The application becomes unresponsive.
