Transportation in israel

I live in Israel and recently got curious about whether there are any plans to add public transportation information, similar to what Moovit and Google Maps offer in their apps.

I looked into the topic, and it seems there are quite a few tools and APIs that can make adding transportation information easier. For example, I came across this website: https://www.efobus.com/, and also found the GTFS documentation published by the Israeli government: https://www.gov.il/BlobFolder/generalpage/gtfs_general_transit_feed_specifications/he/Gtfs_Documentation_v4.pdf.

There’s also a large OSM community in Israel, so I think there’s a lot of potential to attract new users. Especially since many transportation apps here charge for some of their features.

I see a lot of potential for this. Do you have any idea when you think transportation features might be available? For example, sometime within the next six months? I know it’s impossible to give an exact estimate — I’m just curious and want to get excited about the possibility.
