Roads rendered in white are barely visible with hillshading tiles

Describe the issue: Roads rendered in white are barely visible with hillshading tiles. I'm using this [vector tile layer] (https://server.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/Elevation/World_Hillshade/MapServer/tile/{z}/{y}/{x}) and it works really well with the new Satellite function, but it makes white roads almost invisible. I know that this is a very niche use case, but it would be nice to try different overlay methods.

Steps to reproduce:

• Add https://server.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/Elevation/World_Hillshade/MapServer/tile/{z}/{y}/{x} as a Satellite image source;
• Enable Satellite layer;
• Go to an area with tertiary or unspecified roads and no specific landuse;
• Try to turn Satellite layer on and off to see the difference.

Expected behaviour: White roads should keep the contrast against surrounding soil.
