remember print mode setting

Every time I restart Orca I need to change the print mode as I'm bound to use removable media like USB thumb drives.

Please make the print mode setting sticky so it mustn't be changed every time Orca is started.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Change print mode every single time I start Orca.
