Scarf joint seam for inner walls has missalined scarf start/end

How to reproduce

1. Add a primitive cylinder object.
2. Set Scarf joint seam to Contour or Contour and hole.
3. Deselect: Scarf around entire wall.
4. Select: Scarf joint for inner walls
5. Slice...

Actual results

When using a specified scarf length (not around entire wall), the scarf length in the beginning of inner wall lines, only become half of the specified length. However, the scarf length in the end of the same line become as specified, making the overlap of the scarf in the beginning of the line incomplete. This mismatch results in an underextrusion of 50% at the center of the scarf joint.

The outer wall behaves as expected. The scarfs start at arrow 1 and ends at arrow 3. Also using scarf around entire wall behaves as expected for both inner and outer walls.

Expected results

The scarf length in the beginning and in the end of a line must be equal.
