Generate API cheatsheets from `api.json`

The API doc is useful, but sometimes have a lighter-weight solution to quickly check an API is useful. We've had API cheatsheets (similar to raylib) for that, but they're manually maintained and quickly get outdated and misleading. We should generated these from `api.json` now that the schema is a bit stabilized.
