Feature requests: .NIP association behavior and DLSS indicator option

First of all, I'd like to thank you for the excellent work.

I'd like to suggest two features that I believe would be greatly appreciated if implemented.

1. Disable automatic .NIP file association by default.

The reason is that this program is often used as a portable application. In that scenario, automatic file association may not work reliably because, when the files are extracted, they are placed inside a folder whose name changes with every new version. As a result, it's almost always necessary to launch the program before opening a .NIP file.

For this reason, I think it would be better if file association were disabled by default and could be enabled later through the program's menu. This would support both use cases.

2. Add an option to enable the DLSS indicator.

I noticed that the program already provides several indicators, but I'm not sure whether it would be possible to implement this specific one, since it is enabled through a Windows Registry key.
