The skills/db/features/dbms-vector.md file references a procedure called DBMS_VECTOR_CHAIN.UTL_TO_EMBED_AND_GENERATE.

As far as I can tell, this is the only place this procedure is documented. It is not described in Oracle Documentation for DBMS_VECTOR_CHAIN on 26ai. It has never been referenced in an Oracle blog post, and mention of it does not appear in Oracle Support documentation.
Is this procedure real or entirely hallucinated by the AI creating these skills?
