Indiana Jones and the Great Circle doesn't work correctly on Optiscaler v10

OptiScaler_v0.9.5.3 + Fakenvapi 1.2.1 - work. no FG. OptiScaler_v0.10-pre (last master branch) + Fakenvapi 1.2.1 - not work.

Please describe the issue and steps to reproduce it

If i use opti 0.9.4 or last 0.9.5.3 upscaler fsr3/4 vk w/Dx12 is work. i have fsr4.1.1 But on the opti 0.10 i see notification on the top "error. upscaler not run" (in last version: falling back to fsr 2) and i have fsr2 or manual set fsr3. also not work any FG. nvngx via Streamline i can set ( in game setting dlssg on x2 ), but any output FG is not clicable (unsupport api). if i set nuken FG and reload game - dlss and dlssg invisible in game setting and upscaler automated set to TAA.
