JOB STALL ISSUE IN QUEUE

so i have been facing this issue since January. I have a worker for sending queue related stuffs.. max for emails..so the emails are getting stalled i mean it says the the job is stalled more than the allowable limit so the root cause, in my prediction, i received a errors msg says "delivery-status": { "attempt-no": 1, "certificate-verified": true, "code": 451, "enhanced-code": "4.3.2", "first-delivery-attempt-seconds": 0.475, "message": "4.3.2 Temporary server error. Please try again later ATTR2 [CO1PEPF000042AD.namprd03.prod.outlook.com 2026-01-22T20:52:56.509Z 08DE59A41FAF9E50]", "mx-host": "###############", "retry-seconds": 600, "session-seconds": 2.743, "tls": true, "utf8": true }, it was from outlook/Microsoft. After this error all mails from queue has been stalled and i have a functionality that runs with the queue that functionality runs only when I restart the worker or else it gets stalled..one conformation is when the worker is restarted the job is not being stalled that time alone. After that, the job gets stalled .. Hope I'm clear if any evidence or clarification is needed let me know
