luci-app-pbr: XHR request timed out likely due to number of interfaces

Actual behaviour

The XHR request times out possibly to having too many interfaces.

Expected behaviour

Should show the PBR page and let me configure it

Steps to reproduce

  1. Setup a few wireguard interfaces( more than 50 or so specific device has 130)
  2. Try opening the PBR web page on luci
