Wireless scan: "Stop refresh" and "DIsmiss" buttons move when more networks are found

Actual behaviour

I opened the page "Wireless overview" and started a wireless network scan. I moved my mouse cursor onto the dismiss button, but after a short moment the "Join network" button of a list entry appeared at the same position and clicking opens the unwanted "Join network" dialog when I intended to close the result list.

Expected behaviour

The "Stop refresh" and "Dismiss" buttons should stay at the same place even when the scan result list grows.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to /cgi-bin/luci/admin/network/wireless
2. Press a "Scan" button
