Brush's Ctrl & Alt resize doesnt work on other raster brushes on Toonz raster layer

What's the bug?

So basically whenever Id change the default brush's size with Ctrl and Alt it would work just fine but whenever I switch to another brush, the drag size wouldn't work at all :'(

(I tried posting vid proof but it keeps on saying failed to upload)

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to toonz raster
2. try to resize another raster brush (not the default) with ctrl and alt

What did you expect to happen?
