(UI) Buttons and fields still needing minimum height

In the "New Project" pop-up, the fields and labels are too compressed and the text gets cut off. This can also be an issue in the interpolation area of the function editor if the function editor is too short. Sometimes the apply button can also be cut off. In the style editor, the "auto apply" button has the same problem if there is not enough space.

#1043 has already resolved similar issues with the style editor thanks to the fantastic @turtletooth
