Guests get stuck waiting for a railroad crossing when operating in shuttle mode

Describe the issue

While playing Factory Capers, I discovered that guests are stuck waiting at a railroad crossing even after the locomotive passes the crossing. They remain waiting for the train until it passes in reverse (it is operating in shuttle mode).

Steps to reproduce

I have not been able to reproduce this outside of the scenario I am attaching. I recorded a short snippet of the issue:
