Automatic Token expiry after limited time

Description

Most platfrom (including grafana cloud) allow generating tokens with limited life e.g. 3 months. We already have token rotation feature in OO. It would be great if we can implement automatic expiry. This will reduce the likelihood of long lived tokens which cause secruity problems.

Proposed solution

Expire tokens automatically after the selected time.
