Use hd-idle to configure spin-down time

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some disks does not response smartctl set-standby command as described in #1892 ,community gives a solution using hd-idle rewrited by adelolmo . The rewrited hd-idle package is currently available on debian trixie, and works well on my HD drives which does not spin-down using smartctl.

Describe the solution you'd like To use hd-idle to configure spin-down time on web UI.

Describe alternatives you've considered Maybe waiting smartctl for fixing the issue, or we can just install debian shipped hd-idle and disable spin-down time on web UI.

Additional context In my scenario, only some WD drives have this issue. I don’t know about drives from other manufacturers.
