Supported platforms of openmediavault 8

openmediavault is based on various external software components. One of the most essential components is SaltStack, which is used to create the configuration files and ensure that services are in the desired state.

Since Salt now only supports amd64 and arm64, openmediavault can also only support these architectures. Therefore, support for i386, armel, and armhf will be discontinued.

[!IMPORTANT] FROM NOW ON, ONLY 64-BIT WILL BE SUPPORTED.
