hyperlinks and links are not handled properly in converted md

hyperlinks and links are not handled properly in converted md,when we see in rendered we dont see the hyperlinks or links where things are refered to different sections you can use both attached docs to verify. tables are also not mapped properly you can refer to openshift doc for both cases

#start server in one terminal opendataloader-pdf-hybrid --port 5002 --ocr-engine auto --enrich-formula --enrich-picture-description
