[Bug] Runtime data unavailable: `strategyV2.dataUnavailable: Crypto:BTC/USDT@binance:swap`

Describe the bug

The strategy fails at runtime during the handle_data phase with the following error:

strategyV2.runtimeFailed: handle_data: strategyV2.dataUnavailable: Crypto:BTC/USDT@binance:swap

The strategy loads and enters its runtime cycle normally, but the handle_data callback cannot fetch market data for the Binance BTC/USDT perpetual contract (swap). As a result, the runtime cycle aborts and the strategy stops producing signals / placing orders.

Steps to reproduce

Create/deploy a strategy using Crypto:BTC/USDT@binance:swap → start it (paper or live) → observe handle_data throws strategyV2.dataUnavailable.

Expected behavior

handle_data should fetch historical and real-time data for Crypto:BTC/USDT@binance:swap so the strategy can run normally.
