Preprocessing: Could you explain how you preprocess images under various weather, lighting, and day/night conditions before OCR? Is image binarization used?

Post-processing: What steps are taken after OCR to handle errors or inconsistencies?

Any insights would help in better utilizing and potentially improving the ALPR system.
