No matter what model I use I keep getting the message that I have no access!!! (I'm tier 5)

It would be great to have fully maintained examples. I spent a full day trying to get this to work but no matter what I try either I keep getting the response message that I have not access to the model (tried all!) or the transcript is not showing up.

Please provide and update working examples. Thx
