WebSearchTool does not seem to work

Apparently, the web search tool is hosted by openai so no tool call is triggered on our side so it's hard to see what's happening. But I gave very clear instruction to my agent and it's allucinating (or trying to call a local web search that triggers and error in the console). Anybody else tried this stuff?
