[FEAT] Allow model and provider selection for Craft scheduled tasks

Craft scheduled tasks currently use the default model automatically, with no way to select or change it per task. Please add provider and model selection when creating or editing a scheduled task. We sometimes need to switch between providers, for example, to balance model capabilities, availability, latency, or cost. Each scheduled task should persist its selected provider and model while retaining the current default as a fallback.
