Linux - Explorer tab can't be resized

Oni Version: 0.3.9 Neovim Version (Linux only): 0.3.1 Operating System: Linux Arch - Mate 1.20 (rolling release - actual packages 01/02/19)
Issue: The Explorer window/split/column can't be resized with mouse.
Expected behavior: The Explorer tab width should be resizable with mouse.
Actual behavior: There is no possibility to change size (width) of Explorer tab.
Steps to reproduce: Try to resize Explorer tab. No mouse cursor change and no possibility to change explorer tab width.
