Enhancement - Allow setting host and port in --local-only mode, so that it can be accessible on a LAN without Tor

I want to connect to onionshare from my phone on the same network without going through tor

Should onionshare be used for this purpose? Probably not! But the alternative is posting links/images in a private discord server, which is objectively worse.

Also I assume the security issues are also why my phone can't connect to onionshare in --local-only mode?
