OnionShare stops working when trying to use obfs4 bridges

OS: Windows 10 Home 1909 Version: OnionShare 2.3.1

Steps to reproduce:

• Keep the setting Use the Tor version built into OnionShare as is.
• Select Use built-in obfs4 pluggable transports.
• Click Test Connection To Tor.

After a few seconds the window freezes and when i try to close the settings window i get told that Python stopped working. The same happens when i try to use custom bridges.

I can reproduce this.
