Llama3.2-vision broken with lates update

Ollama3.2-vision no longer works with latest Ollama update

Ive been working on an app utilizing vision, its been working for the past few days, but today when i went to build & test more the vision i set up no longer works.

it scans documents for specific info that i have prompted him to read
