[CACHE] Entire operating system lags after having olive open for 5+ minutes

Summary My whole operating system begins to lag and respond very slowly after using olive for longer than 5-10 minutes. I have opened my task manager to check disk usage, memory usage etc. but I never find anything out of the ordinary.
