Feature Request: Detect Connectivity Issues && Slow Down

Hello,

Sometimes due to various technical reasons, gobuster will start coming back with many:

[ERROR] ... Get https://www.example.com/xxx: net/http: request canceled while waiting for conection...

Would it be worth trying to detect this on runtime and slowing down? Perhaps removing some threads from the pool?

PS: I am not 100% confident it would help reduce these error.
