after running a proper codex cli sess, hwen i go ctrl+c to end some random gunk text appears on my prompt after examples are ➜ ~ 9;1:3u9;5u9;5:3u9;5u9;5:3u9;5u9;5:3u9;5u9;5:3uc9;5:3u9;5u9;1:3u
