Can't stop Stacer 1.1.0 from autostarting, KDE neon 5.27

Hello, as per the subject, I can't stop Stacer 1.1.0 from autostarting on KDE neon 5.27. "Autostart Stacer" is switched off and Stacer is not listed as an auto-starting application in System settings. It always starts on every boot anyway. I'd be grateful for any hints!
