Multiple layer shift when printing from OctoPrint

What were you doing?

It happened a lot of times but lastly I have been printing a flover pot overnight. After 3 hours of print it started layer shifting every hour or so. When I print the exact same gcode from sd card it does print well.

What did you expect to happen?

I expect not to have layer shifts on my prints.

What happened instead?

It shifted layers several times and when I hit pause after 9 hours of print to inspect inside of the flower pot it crashed printer head to the flower pot so I had to turn off the printer.

Did the same happen when running OctoPrint in safe mode?

It is happening only on large prints, so I do not want to waste filament and time on it :(
