Plugin endpoints in Gateway API

Hi guys,

Do you plan to add the ability to fill details of plugins from API?

I mean this API: https://octobercms.com/docs/gateway

We're thinking about keeping plugins' docs in their repository and we'd use API to sync it to October's marketplace.

Sorry if the place is random, didn't know where to put such a question.
