Add option to create new project with bun

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When running oclif generate mynewcli with only bun installed the process doesn't finish due to not finding the options available as package managers.

Describe the solution you'd like Include an option in the step Select a package manager for bun

It would also be great to also have ./bin/dev.js and ./bin/run.js with bun instead of node.

Describe alternatives you've considered Temporally install node and npm to create a new project and then uninstall them.
Manually remove all references to node

Additional context To properly replicate in a system without node when doing bun install --global oclif it's needed to find the location of the global package since #!/usr/bin/env node needs to be changed to #!/usr/bin/env bun
