Feature Request: Install Agent Skills with a Nuxt Module

The goal of this feature is to enable the npx nuxt add <MODULE> command to optionally install a module's agent skills if available.

When using npx nuxt add <MODULE> to install Nuxt modules, add an option to automatically detect and install the module's agent skills (if detected from the module's repo or someplace else) to the project or globally.

One approach is to prompt the developer if they would like to install a module's skill when it is detected. Another approach is to add a CLI option like --install-skills or --with-skills for automatic setup (e.g., npx nuxt add ui --with-skills).

The idea is inspired by @onmax's nuxt-skill-hub project.
