[Feature]: Muse Voice Transcribe integration and configurable dictation shortcut

Feature Description

Add Meta Muse Voice Transcribe as a speech-to-text provider for voice dictation in Hermes Desktop.

Also add a configurable multi-key shortcut to start and stop dictation from the message composer.

Motivation

This would provide fast, accurate voice input without requiring the user to click the microphone button.

Proposed Solution

Expected behavior:

• press the configured shortcut to start recording;
• press it again to stop, or support a push-to-talk mode;
• transcribe the recording with Muse Voice Transcribe;
• insert the result into the active composer without sending it automatically;
• keep the text editable before submission.

Alternatives Considered

System-level dictation is less consistent across platforms and does not provide a Hermes-managed speech-to-text provider or configurable in-app behavior.
