Other person get's noise when they talk

Describe the bug When NoiseTorch is installed and active, the person I talk to in Element gets noise when they talk.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Install and activate NoiseTorch
2. Be in a call (inside a space) in Element
3. Let the other person talk
4. See error

Expected behaviour That the other person doesn't get the noise when they talk and I use NoiseTorch.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Distribution [e.g. Ubuntu 22.04, Arch]: Bazzite
• DE [e.g. Plasma 5.24.5, GNOME 42.0]: KDE 6.6.2
• Pulseaudio/Pipewire Version: pulseaudio 9.7 / pipewire 1.4.10 -- Runs in Pipewire
• NoiseTorch-ng Version [e.g. v0.12.0]: 0.12.2
• Mic: Elgato Wave 3

Additional context The other person uses Element with Windows.
