Expose onewire_write_bit and onewire_read_bit to LUA to support devices like DS2406

Missing feature

This feature is already in onewire.c but not exposed and usable in LUA

Justification

Devices like Dallas DS2406 require bit write to set the PIO-A.

Workarounds

I found no workarounds.
