[BUG] Bar widget list "Add widget" button not working

Bug description

Everything seems to work except for the Add Widget buttons in Bar → Widget List. Even if I remove the existing widgets, clicking Add Widget simply does nothing. Running Noctalia via a terminal doesn't show any related warnings or anything like this either.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Settings -> Bar -> Widget List
2. Click on any of the three Add Widget buttons
3. Observe that it doesn't work
